Refund policy
At Dilbaru, every saree is a reflection of India’s rich textile heritage — handcrafted in small batches by master artisans who pour generations of skill and soul into their weave.
Each piece tells its own story, making it exquisitely unique.
Because of this artisanal process, we are unable to offer returns.
Exchange Policy
Your trust is precious to us.
In the rare case of a genuine defect, Dilbaru is happy to assist you with an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- A mandatory unboxing video (taken while opening the package) is required to help us verify and serve you swiftly.
- Once verified, our team will personally guide you through the exchange process with care and attention — just as thoughtfully as your saree was made.
Please Note
- Subtle variations in weave, texture, or tone are the hallmark of handcrafted textiles and not considered defects.
- These nuances are what make your Dilbaru saree truly one-of-a-kind.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, as each piece is specially prepared for you.
